Lévitique 7:26 (NEG79)

26 Vous ne mangerez point de sang d'oiseau, ni de bétail, dans tous les lieux où vous habiterez.

Following the prohibition against eating fat comes the prohibition against eating blood. The sequence of fat and then blood may reflect the order from the outer to the inner.
