What is significant about the leavened bread that could also be offered for the thanksgiving sacrifice?
Leviticus 7:13 includes that loaves of leavened bread could be presented to the Lord. This was normally excluded from the Lord’s altar (see Leviticus 2:11). By presenting both unleavened bread and leavened bread, the worshipper acknowledges the abundant goodness of the Lord.
13 A ces gâteaux il ajoutera du pain levé pour son offrande, avec son sacrifice de reconnaissance et d'actions de grâces.
