The theological message of Leviticus 7:1–38 is closely connected to the structure of the chapter. As the chapter is divided into four parts, a succinct theological message proves challenging. One may state the theological message as follows: pure spiritual worship is the central feature amongst the people of God. This worship must be characterized by purity, generosity, faith (obedience), and zeal.
