Leviticus 6-7 further develop the rules for the conduct of worship. The content of these chapters significantly overlap with the material in chapters 1–5. A comparison of chapters 1–5 with chapters 6–7 reveals a difference in emphasis as well as arrangement. Chapters 1–5 are addressed to any Israelite who presents a sacrifice to the Lord, while chapters 6–7 are focused on the priests' role in worship.
