The angel used this same word in Revelation 18:21–22 to indicate the totality of Babylon’s demise (“be found…no more”). The reason is that God “found” offence in her. The word “found” is in the passive voice to give expression to God doing the finding. Because wrong was found in her, she will be found no more.
