Philippiens 1:3 (NEG79)

3 Je rends grâces à mon Dieu de tout le souvenir que je garde de vous,

Right at the beginning of the letter it becomes clear how important prayer was in Paul’s life. Thanksgiving comes first: whenever Paul thinks of the Philippians, he gives thanks to God. He personally calls God: my God.
