Do we know anything about Sceva from other sources?
Acts 19:14 (ESV)
14Seven sons of a Jewish high priest named Sceva were doing this.
The name "Sceva" does not appear among the list of known Jewish high priests of that period. Perhaps Sceva himself belonged to such a family or he had branded himself to be a high priest.
