Who are the Sidonians?

Judges 10:12 (ESV)

12 The Sidonians also, and the Amalekites and the Maonites oppressed you, and you cried out to me, and I saved you out of their hand.

As in Judges 10:6, the reference here to the Sidonians seems to be pointing to the Canaanites, whom Barak had defeated in Judges 4.
