Where was the Second Quarter located?

Zephaniah 1:10 (ESV)

10 “On that day,” declares the LORD, “a cry will be heard from the Fish Gate, a wail from the Second Quarter, a loud crash from the hills.

Like the Fish Gate, the location of the Second Quarter is not known for sure, but most likely also in the northern/northwestern area of the city of Jerusalem, where the rich lived.
