What is the difference between the meaning of holy and righteous here?

1 Thessalonians 2:10 (ESV)

10 You are witnesses, and God also, how holy and righteous and blameless was our conduct toward you believers.

Here in 1 Thessalonians, holy and righteous both refer to conduct that is in accordance with God’s standards, but the emphasis in holy is on one’s conduct before God and in righteous on one’s conduct before other people.1,2
