Commentary on 1 Corinthians 10:24 (Summary)

1 Corinthians 10:24 (ESV)

24 Let no one seek his own good, but the good of his neighbor.

A believer should use his freedom in a way that promotes the good of his neighbour. This time, Paul has in mind the unbelieving neighbour. In the remainder of the chapter, he will discuss two points of contact with unbelievers: the marketplace (where sacrificial meat is sold), and the private dinner.
