Several other witnesses are also found throughout the Gospel: the Samaritan woman John 4:9–39), the works of Jesus (John 5:36; John 10:25), the Father (John 5:32, John 5:37; John 8:18), the Old Testament (John 5:39–40, the crowd (John 12:17), the Holy Spirit and the apostles (John 15:26–27).1
