What will happen when the seventh angel sounds the seventh trumpet?
Revelation 10:7 (ESV)
7but that in the days of the trumpet call to be sounded by the seventh angel, the mystery of God would be fulfilled, just as he announced to his servants the prophets.
This mighty angel swears that then the mystery of God would be fulfilled. God had earlier announced this mystery to his prophets in the Old Testament, who in turn had longed to see what God had promised (see 1 Peter 1:10–11).
