Whose body is this?

Ephesians 4:4 (ESV)

4 There is one body and one Spirit just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call

This is the body of Christ. Christ makes himself manifest in this world in the body of the church (Ephesians 4:13, 15–16), the local congregation.
