Who are the people groups listed?

Ezra 9:1 (ESV)

1 After these things had been done, the officials approached me and said, “The people of Israel and the priests and the Levites have not separated themselves from the peoples of the lands with their abominations, from the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, the Ammonites, the Moabites, the Egyptians, and the Amorites.

The eight groups listed comprised the original inhabitants of Canaan before the Hebrew conquest (Exodus 3:8, Exodus 3:17; Exodus 13:5; Exodus 23:23, Exodus 23:28; Deuteronomy 7:1; Deuteronomy 20:17; Joshua 3:10; Joshua 9:1; Joshua 12:8; Judges 3:5; ?). Only the Ammonites, Moabites, and Egyptians were still existing in the post-exilic period (?; ?).1
