Why should this church bother to open their door to this salesman?
Revelation 3:20 (ESV)
20Behold, I stand at the door and knock.If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.
Jesus had already identified himself as “the Amen, the faithful and true witness.” All God’s promises find their “Yes” in Jesus, and so his products are divinely guaranteed. Those who buy from him buy well.
