Who are the Sidonians and the Hivites?

Judges 3:3 (ESV)

3 These are the nations: the five lords of the Philistines and all the Canaanites and the Sidonians and the Hivites who lived on Mount Lebanon, from Mount Baal-hermon as far as Lebo-hamath.

These are Canaanites living in Phoenicia at the opposite end of Canaan from the Philistines. See Genesis 10:17, Genesis 10:19, and 1 Chronicles 1:13–15.
