From what house did Jesus go to sit beside the sea?

Matthew 13:1 (ESV)

1 That same day Jesus went out of the house and sat beside the sea.

The word house here in Matthew 13:1 has a definite article in the original Greek (tēs oikias), which indicates that it refers to the house in which Jesus lived in Capernaum (Matthew 4:13).
