Commentary on Proverbs 11:14 (Summary)

Proverbs 11:14 (ESV)

14 Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.

Even Solomon, with all his wisdom, needed good advisers around him (1 Kings 12:6). His son Rehoboam rejected their advice, and the result was that Rehoboam’s kingdom was torn in two. For the success of a society or country, good advisers and leaders are needed.
