Did Jesus go to or up the mountain?

Mark 3:13 (ESV)

13 And he went up on the mountain and called to him those whom he desired, and they came to him.

It does not say in Greek: “He went up on the mountain” (anabainei to oros), but “he went up to the mountain” (anabainei eis to oros).1
