Covenant observance, typified by observing the Sabbath, would also result in the blessing of people from the cities of Judah and the places around Jerusalem, from the land of Benjamin, from the Shephelah, from the hill country, and from the Negeb, bringing burnt offerings and sacrifices, grain offerings and frankincense, and bringing thank offerings to the house of the Lord.
Israelites would come from every corner of the land to worship the Lord in the temple in every way. It is a picture of joyful and wholehearted worship of the Lord. The three elements, the throne of David, the temple and the city of Jerusalem made up the basic aspects of national and religious life of the covenant people. These blessings would come if the people were loyal to the Lord in their covenant obedience.
