We know nothing about this man. Of interest is the fact that a man named Immer
was among those listed in the first return of exiles now some seventy years ago (Ezra 2:37). Perhaps this Immer was Zadok’s (grand)father. It is said of Zadok simply that he repaired opposite his own house.
