Who is Bavvai the son of Henadad, ruler of half the district of Keilah?

Nehemiah 3:18 (ESV)

18 After him their brothers repaired: Bavvai the son of Henadad, ruler of half the district of Keilah.

We know nothing about this Levite, other than that the second half of the Keilah district was his jurisdiction (Hashabiah was ruler of the other half; Nehemiah 3:17). Obviously, he would have taken a crew with him.
