We have misplaced priorities. How do we tell if that is true of us? You see how that sounds like a small thing? But something can be off just a little and cause a great problem. For instance, if you took the rear tire of your car off and noticed that there is a hole in the middle of it, and you changed it so that the hole was not right in the center but it was off a little bit to the side, then when you remounted that tire on the car, can you imagine what that would do? You say, I would never do that, and I know that, but you see, if things aren't right, if the center of things isn't right, it throws everything else out. That is what the Lord was saying to his people through Haggai.1
