4 Their young ones become strong; they grow up in the open; they go out and do not return to them.

In ways unknown to men, the young mountain goat or doe soon leaves its mother to continue its life in strength and independence. Who but God can give it this instinct and ability? Again, we see the attention to detail with which God governs the world.
