The people of Beeroth were the people who lived in the town of Beeroth. This town was likely just to the south of Gibeon. The people of Beeroth were considered part of the Gibeonites (Joshua 9:17) and were granted the right to live within Israel as a result of the treaty which was made with them (see Joshua 9:3–16).
