Jesus is highlighting the urgency of fleeing Judea when believers see the abomination that causes desolation approaching. This will be difficult for those who are pregnant and for nursing mothers since they cannot travel quickly. These women and their children will be in great danger when travelling.1
19 And alas for women who are pregnant and for those who are nursing infants in those days!
