Commentary on Job 29:13 (Summary)

Job 29:13 (ESV)

13 The blessing of him who was about to perish came upon me, and I caused the widow’s heart to sing for joy.

Job’s uprightness caused him to be loved not only by the leaders of society but also by the destitute people who received help from him. The one who was dying was perhaps rescued from death by Job.
