Who are the witnesses of Jesus’ resurrection?

Acts 13:30–31 (ESV)

30 But God raised him from the dead,

Paul says that the disciples who spent three years with Jesus before his death and resurrection, are also the ones who are now bearing witness about him to the Jewish people. He is probably referring to the Twelve in particular (see Acts 1:12–26).
