Why does the angel specify that the house of Simon is by the sea?

Acts 10:6 (ESV)

6 He is lodging with one Simon, a tanner, whose house is by the sea.”

The angel gives Cornelius very clear instructions that will help him to find Peter. He tells him the name of the city, the names of the man he must find, the name of the person with whom he will be staying, as well as the geographical area where the house will be found.1
