Who was Judas?

Acts 9:11 (ESV)

11 And the Lord said to him, “Rise and go to the street called Straight, and at the house of Judas look for a man of Tarsus named Saul, for behold, he is praying,

We do not know anything about the Judas whose house was on Straight Street in Damascus. In Jewish culture, hospitality towards fellow Jews in particular was encouraged. Judas was probably not a believer since Saul was taken to his home by his companions. 1
