Which command does God give to Moses?

Exodus 6:11 (ESV)

11 “Go in, tell Pharaoh king of Egypt to let the people of Israel go out of his land.”

Moses must go to Pharaoh again, and demand that he let the people of Israel go (the first request was in Exodus 5:1).
