3 How you have counseled him who has no wisdom, and plentifully declared sound knowledge!

Job had acknowledged himself to be without wisdom when it comes to God’s mysterious counsel. He now mocks Bildad for pretending to have sound knowledge in these matters. The very brief speech with which Bildad has ended, has clearly shown that he has no such insight.
