Commentary on Job 24:22 (Summary)

Job 24:22 (ESV)

22 Yet God prolongs the life of the mighty by his power; they rise up when they despair of life.

The lives of the wicked are prolonged by God’s power. Through his power they rise up. Yet, as Job also realizes, the wicked can never be sure of their lives.
