What does it mean for God to “walk” among his people?
Leviticus 26:12 (ESV)
12And I will walk among you and will be your God, and you shall be my people.
The language in Leviticus 26:12 recalls the imagery from the garden of Eden (Genesis 3:8; see further Deuteronomy 23:14). This expresses intimacy and fellowship.
