How were the Hebrews to source food during the Sabbatical year?
Leviticus 25:6 (ESV)
6The Sabbath of the land shall provide food for you, for yourself and for your male and female slaves and for your hired worker and the sojourner who lives with you,
The Israelites could partake of what grew naturally. Any person could pick and gather whatever food they required. Even the animals were permitted to do this.
