24 Any animal that has its testicles bruised or crushed or torn or cut you shall not offer to the LORD; you shall not do it within your land,

Animals that have any deformity in relation to their testicles may not be used for any sacrifice. The verb cut (krt) in this instance means ‘to castrate.”
