What punishment is prescribed for those who turn to mediums and necromancers?
Leviticus 20:6 (ESV)
6“If a person turns to mediums and necromancers, whoring after them, I will set my face against that person and will cut him off from among his people.
The prohibition against seeking mediums and necromancers was stated in Leviticus 19:31. The punishment for disobedience is that the person will be cut off from his people.
