What further consequences does the Lord reveal?

Leviticus 20:5 (ESV)

5 then I will set my face against that man and against his clan and will cut them off from among their people, him and all who follow him in whoring after Molech.

Not only will God actively seek the death of the offender, but the man’s family as well. This reflects the idea of corporate solidarity in which the family is held responsible for the actions of one of its members.
