Leviticus 19:33 (ESV)

33 “When a stranger sojourns with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong.

The Lord commands that such people are not to be wronged (ynh). This word is used to describe various kinds of mistreatment of the poor or needy, especially of the sojourner in the Old Testament (Exodus 22:21; Leviticus 25:14, Leviticus 25:17; Deuteronomy 23:16).
