Matthew 5:1–16 (ESV)

1 Seeing the crowds, he went up on the mountain, and when he sat down, his disciples came to him.

God the Holy Spirit is powerfully at work in the hearts of God’s people to bring about his fruit in their lives, to help them live as kingdom citizens. He convicts us of sin and creates new desires for righteousness within us.
