Which passage of Scripture does Paul quote in Galatians 3:8?

Galatians 3:8 (ESV)

8 And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “In you shall all the nations be blessed.”

Paul merges Genesis 12:3 and Genesis 18:8 in his quotation.1 In doing so he presents Abraham as the model of faith for all believers, both Jews and non-Jewish people (Gentiles).
