The disciples in Antioch sent Barnabas with Paul (Acts 11:30). Paul invited Titus to come along so that he could serve as a representative of the Gentile believers and churches.1 He made plans to use the opportunity, afforded by the visit because of the famine, to address another issue that was relevant to his ministry.2
