When did Paul go to Syria and Cilicia?

Galatians 1:21 (ESV)

21 Then I went into the regions of Syria and Cilicia.

Paul left Jerusalem following the revelation of a plot against his life (Acts 9:30).1 He first went to the city of Tarsus (in Cilicia) and later to the city of Antioch in Syria (Acts 11:25–26).2
