When did Paul receive the call to preach Christ among the Gentiles?

16was pleased to reveal his Son to me, in order that I might preach him among the Gentiles, I did not immediately consult with anyone;
Paul’s conversion and his call to apostleship took place at the same time.1 After meeting with Jesus, Paul was intensely conscious of the commission he received to go and minister to the Gentiles (Acts 26:15–18).2 This commission did not exclude Jews (Acts 9:15).3
