Psalm 147:12 (ESV)

12 Praise the LORD, O Jerusalem! Praise your God, O Zion!

This verse is the third call in this Psalm to praise the Lord, now directed to Jerusalem. In the old covenant, Jerusalem was the place where God wanted to gather his people in worship. That is why the author has a special call to Jerusalem to praise God.
