Commentary on Job 19:9 (Summary)

Job 19:9 (ESV)

9 He has stripped from me my glory and taken the crown from my head.

Job’s honour (his righteousness in the eyes of God and man) had been his greatest treasure. But God had removed this honour from him. God has treated him in a way that makes others think he is wicked. He also remains silent while Job is being accused.
