Why does she refer to her beloved as the one whom her soul loves?

Song of Solomon 1:7 (ESV)

7 Tell me, you whom my soul loves, where you pasture your flock, where you make it lie down at noon; for why should I be like one who veils herself beside the flocks of your companions?

The young woman addresses her beloved again and she refers to him as the one whom her soul loves. This speaks of a love that goes much deeper than just physical attraction. It is an all-encompassing love that satisfies all her desires.
