Isaiah 23:2 (ESV)

2 Be still, O inhabitants of the coast; the merchants of Sidon, who cross the sea, have filled you.

Sidon was a Phoenician city often mentioned with Tyre in the Bible. Tyre was full of merchants from Sidon and Phoenicia in general.
