Commentary on Job 13:22 (Summary)

Job 13:22 (ESV)

22 Then call, and I will answer; or let me speak, and you reply to me.

If God would grant these two requests, then Job will be ready for the dispute to begin. He feels so certain of his case that he asks God to choose the roles that each of them should take. God can either be the Accuser who summons Job, or he can be the Accused who first listens to Job’s words.
